Graduate Application Requirements Checklist


This list is not intended as a substitute for the Application Instructions for Admission provided by the Graduate School at the University of Wyoming.   You must read and follow the Graduate School instructions carefully.  Please use this form only as a checklist to help you ensure that you have obtained and returned all necessary application materials for admission to the graduate program in Computer Science at the University of Wyoming.  Your application cannot be processed until these materials have been received.

I.  Application materials that must be received by the Graduate School

_____    Graduate School On-Line Application

_____    A nonrefundable Fee of $50.00
              (No application materials will be processed until this fee has been received!)

_____    One original set of Official Transcripts
              from all colleges and graduate schools attended

_____    Original Graduate Record Exam (GRE)scores

_____    Original TOEFL scores or Official IELTS (International Students Only)

_____    Financial Statement (International Students Only)

II.  Application materials that must be received by the Department of Computer Science

_____    Three(3) Letters of Recommendation

_____    Copies of Official Transcripts from all colleges and graduate schools attended

_____    Copy of GRE scores

_____    Copy of TOEFL scores (International Students Only)

_____    Graduate Assistantship Application (Optional)

In order for the Department of Computer Science to process your application materials in time for admission before a given semester, all application materials must be received by the following deadlines:

  • Fall Semester:    March 1st
  • Spring Semester:    October 1st
